possible FIX for hl2.exe crashing or PC freeze

This isn't confirmed, but up till now it has fixed hl2.exe crashes and pc lockups for 3 ppl that tested this already.

So if you're desperate or willing to test this, plz report back if it worked or not.

in FF, go to options > video > advanced
under "filtering mode", set it to anisotropic (2x or smt). Don't set it to bilinear or trilinear.

That's it, now test and report back!

I have just tested Anisotropic 2x and 4x, and neither work.

same here ive tried to alter my video settings as well and nothing works.starting to think this game isnt going to work for me...
