Will the game ever have a teleporter?

This game is fun but Team Fortress Classic had a teleporter and this game doesn't? I like this mod because its a great remake but all it needs now is a teleporter and i'll be happy...

Well old school TFC didn't. I wouldn't mind seeing a new buildable for the engineer though.

While a really silly thing from a 'realism' perspective (ha), I liked the way it could change the pace of the game and add some strategy - especially in A/D.

Not that FF needs to emulate TF2, but I think the latter successfully integrates the teleporter to add an extra dimension (and often some needed 'push' to breakup static positions.)

FF is too fast-pace for teleporters, and to be honest none of the maps (at the moment) could really support them. The only one that comes to mind is anticitizen.

that said, there's nothing stopping a mapper implementing teleporters (or similar functionality) into their map.

FF doesn't need tele's.....

possibly for buildable fun maps.

I think it would be a great idea to have this implemented! It could even be made so that it can be disabled by the server owner by a cvar! ex:sv_tele 1/0
