btw i dont think i have said how freakin amazing all the updates have looked....the detpack owns, i cant wait to see it with a shader applied, the spanner is nice too, but dont team color it for the love of god, i really hate team colors on anything but the players. And although i have never played Push it looks real nice. Keep up the great work.

Also, it would've been: Sissy countries (only soccer) v. USA v. Badass countries (has rugby) Quote:

not very realistic though.. I mean I don't see any trees near by.. .are we suppose to just believe that somebody picked up a bunch of leaves and brought them their? or that some how magicly they got carried over the buildings by wind and then set down right there...?
come on guys.. FF needs to be as realistic as possible! LIES! |

There could be trees behind the camera! Or maybe it's, like, a mulch factory, and one of the bags leaked? MulchMan?! Oh, wait, Defrag made it. So much for it being a signature, then.

considering the roof is open, ive seen leaves blow in the most obscure way, its not dense but lightly sprinkled, makes it more alive i say.

The roof is thrashed -- once leaves get in, they're not going anywhere

Oh dear, I don't know why you feel the need to correct me. Your original post itself isn't very intelligent and I could point out many things that need the same kind of 'correction'! The term soccer is only used in american english, do you understand or will I have to elaborate? America('soccer') vs. the World(football)

Well you can't say the "world" because you're excluding "america" :P

I can see Defrag was very much inspired by DE_prodigy for CS:S.
Prodigy has always been a favorite, and the new CSS version is my favorite CS:S map by far. Screens look great defrag, excellent work. The bomb looks mighty sweet, sounds great. Spanner is fuckin nuts too I sure hope they have some cool animations for when you use it. |

I'll let you rest your little head, and take the honor of elaboration. I said: Quote:
The ball in push, as an American would describe it, is a soccer ball. Now, as virtually every other country calls it football, and these countries do not play American football, I then added "football for those countries too chicken to play our version," both as a jest, and so they would know exactly what I meant. It also suggests that American football is more "intense." Again, it's meant purely in jest. Now, because Rugby is a badass sport and can easily be considered more intense than American football, I then added in an additional clause, "this does not apply to those of you badass enough to play rugby." This is suggesting that any country that plays rugby is more badass than America. Certainly not an insult. Again, this is all in jest, but you saw only an attack, which suggests to me that you're way the hell too sensitive about the subject. I'm sorry you can't take (or even see) a joke, regardless of whether or not it's funny. I'm also sorry you feel the need to insult me because of this. Frankly it seems like if anyone here isn't intelligent, it's you, but I'd say this is more a case of misunderstanding and give you the benefit of the doubt. Honestly, I don't know why we call our game football. Feet aren't used often. Kickoffs, punts, field goals, running. That's it. The vast majority of the game is body impact and throwing. Beats me.

Circuitous the point that you are missing here is that virtually every country does all three sports at some level and still call the sport football not 'soccer'. This is why an eventual flame would turn into America vs. everyone else. No more essays, please! A simple answer will do.

Hah, I guess I turned this topic into me vs. Circuitous. Well, I didn't want his, I just thought that his 'joke' was more of an insult in disguise (flamebait) and not really necessary in this thread.
