Flagrun & Murderball combined

Hey, i'm working on some kind of flagrun style map combined with murderball.

there is 1 flag, that can be taken by both teams and brought to their base.
once it gets there it stays there untill the other team can take it and bring it to their base.

For every second you have the ball in your base you get a point.

but now i have no idea how to put the flag on a socket inside the base, i can let it cap with pushcaps, but then i can return the flag to the center but not to another point.

Fairly simple. Hopefully someone sorts you out soon, otherwise I might do it (but not for a little while
