This spot above the portal looks a bit empty to me. Not really sure why you changed that part.

These doors are pretty lethal for the ones who use them. Easy to fall down and break a leg. But I'm sure noone else but me cares about that .

Also the cubemaps didnt work out.
1) Because in the TFC version that area was just a tiny box with little room to do anything. It was opened up to allow more O/D strategy.

2) Those aren't doors, they're window slats.

3) If you mean the red pillar, it's stone. The wood railing on the top is just for looks.

4) Packrat error.

This isn't a forest, this is a desert based map. Deserts don't have plants, or have extremely few of them.

It's a street/courtyard anyway. You shouldn't have plants poking up through it.

I'm not a fan of the green. If you used a paver stone texture, and maybe put a few loose stones around, I'd love you.

I'm trying to find a good light / darker blend dirt texture so that the "worn" parts are a lighter dirt color, while the green area currently is a darker color. i just haven't found anything that looks right yet.

i'm thinking hanging plants like over the openings of the spawnhallway, a palmtree or 2 in a corner, a bench behind the boxes, a fountain.. ya know stuff to live it up a bit, rock the casbah

Because it's the 4th beta, and probably the final. I'm getting sick of people PMing me to say they'll help, and when told what to do, they blow me off. The map lacks signs and models, and will probably stay that way because I sure can't make them.

There's also the preposterous saying that one of the FF devs wanted to get their hands on the map and change it from CTF to AvD to get it to be "official". I had a feeling that they had their own hidden agenda for the map, and because of that, they aren't getting the source to the map.

I'm about to host this map on my EU #1 server.

It has the following mapcycle:
ff_2fort
ff_well
ff_aardvark
ff_shutdown2

Was already pondering which map I should put into the mapcycle
think ff_casbah would be really nice!
