TFC:S is the rumored offical release of TFC for the Sorce engine by valve. Many of us don't think that it's coming. FF is FAN MADE and has nothing to do with valve. How will beta testing be done? No idea but we are talking about this in the forums Any chances of me being picked? See Above Is it possible to add EAX to this mod? I have no idea what you are talking about Around how many FPS would i get with a Radeon 9600SE? (I get 10 - 15 with CSS) We have no idea yet |

General rule of thumb: How many FPS do you get in a game of HL2? That's gonna be about FF's FPS, give or take 10.

You only get 10-15 fps on CSS with a Radeon9600?
You should update your drivers or something. I have the same card and get upwards of 70 fps. |

If Hl2/Source supports an API, then the mod will, too. |

Re: EAX: The Source engine uses its own sound implementation; adding EAX (which most people regard as poor anyway) is entirely unworkable from our perspective. It's an engine feature rather than a mod feature. |

CashMoney, expect to get lower FPS ratings with this game than you do in CS:Source. Both games are highly detailed but team fortress has alot more going on at any given time than a counterstrike match (many many explosions)

Unfortunately, one of the mandatory requirements is the ability to spell correctly. (see http://forums.fortress-forever.com/v...610&highlight=) This is considered quite important because ideas, thoughts and suggestions typically need to be submitted in writing. Actually, this view is not exclussive to this particular development as most research and product marketing organizations prefer reports that display an erudite usage of the language. |

Oh no there aren't going to be forum Nazi's here as well are there? They just always show up eventually. I would say spelling isn't an issue but it is nice when someone goes to at least a little effort to type something legibly as it shows some respect to the reader. Personally I find text-speak hard to read and if someone makes shortcuts like that in their typing then the logic and effort they put into their post is probably half hearted as well.

If you can understand what someone is saying then leave them the hell alone. I say this because I'm a horrible speller at heart and don't feel like running spell check everytime I post.
Also, it's mean. Funny. But mean. |

To spend time writing something properly shows that you respect your reader though, and if you want to get an idea or point across then surely that is something you want to do. I totally agree that people should just point blank insult someone for their lack of spelling prowess as I personally am lost without a spell checker

Re: Just wondering
'twas a joke. Hence the use of the wink.
P.S. you should have used the word 'grammatical' instead of 'grammar' |
