(Released) robust_HUD

I want to start by thanking NeoNL for his HUD release as that is where I started in making my own changes. I already play without weapons and was seeking to clean my HUD up even more and NeoNL's HUD was the perfect starting point...
I went back to mostly default colors, lowered the chat area even further, moved the weapon icon closer to the right corner, as well as ammo/health/armor, and returned the grenades to their original location. For engineer, the cell count remains in a more conspicuous location in the middle.

This only works with 16:9 aspect ratio.

Awesome I really like this. I just wanted to let you know there is chat box issues if it was further down from where I put it, specifically for spectator. Your chat editor will disappear in the black box. Great looking hud though.
