Maybe we can figure out a way to hack the 360 to have FF on there

Why should there be only one TF2 thread? Should there only be one FF thread too? I'm not saying duplicate information everywhere... but I don't see the need to hold all topics to a single thread.

Of course there is more than one FF thead, DUH, its the FF forums, if you want more than one TF2 thread go to a TF2 forum :P

If Xboxs can be hacked to run Linux (do not know about the 360), emulators, etc.... I am sure there is a way to hack them to play FF.

But honestly, if you are going to be doing that you will probably have a PC to download all of the files and config the hacks anyway. So really, if you can not manage a retail release, why bother?

Doubtful that there will be a way to run FF on the 360. The 360 is PowerPC based which means that any binaries will have to be recompiled and since we don't have a recent copy of the HL2 code we can't build it and the 360 version will most definately use XBOX Live for online play and you can't use unsigned executables on Live! so uhh good luck with that.

The description for this forum is Discuss anything about Fortress Forever or Fortress mods in general.. If he'd phrased his question "Will fortress type mods be portable to other platforms" the first thing you'd have said is "Be more specific!" I think his question was valid considering the forums parameters.
