More info: The import whatever window only lets me select Microsoft Internet Explorer, and that's all there is for choices in the dropdown box. So I dunno what's going on.

It pulled mine right in at install. However, go to the tools symbol on the top right corner and select import bookmarks and settings...

edit: my dropdown lists both ie and ff

Every one of those extensions will be replicated/ported to Chrome in 2 weeks.

What're you talking about with resizing boxes?

I got 1029 with Chrome and 29 with IE... that's quite a boost right there lol.

That's a "wow" feature isn't it?

Having IE and this chrome opened up to the Fortress forever homepage, and chrome uses less than half the memory that IE uses. Nice!

I've always liked google products, the first thing that absolutely sold me on their search engine was the simplistic home page, just a search bar with links to more google stuff. That was THE first thing that sold me on google. So if this chrome stays true to the "simple streamlined fast" mentality I'll definately be making it my default browser.

I mean, it's pretty rocken, and it's only just in beta release. Microsoft has had years and years to bloat the fuck out of IE.

During install it only had IE as an option, so I just didn't do it because I have no good bookmarks in IE. In the import bookmarks and settings menu, it still only shows IE. FF is my default browser too. I'm going to try re-installing it and see if that does it. Also, that resizing thing is awesome, but why?
