Depends on your constitution.

Man that totally sucks. I played mainly AD&D 2nd edition myself, I got all my worn out books and campaigns back home.

It's sad really though on a different level. There are soo many people out there that will have no idea how D&D has influenced their lives. Espeically if they're a gamer of any sorts, especially rpg's.

The influence D&D has had on soo many games, soo many other types of books, would be incalcuable.

All these people who did, or are still making fun people for playing D&D have no idea the impact it's played on them.

It sorta falls in line with that made for tv movie. "How William Shatner Changed The World", outlining all sorts of modern day inventions that were derived from the imaginations of the writers. True probably not soo many modern day inventions based off of midevil fantasy realms, but the imagination and creativity sparked from playing these games lead to all sorts of other stuff throughout soo much of our every day lives as well.

RIFTS was a broken-ass hootenanny.

Now those girls are all stuck in dead end jobs, with kids and perhaps divorced due to their lack of imagination and creativity and the strive to make it all through school being the "coolest" one can be.

Seriously I went back home this February to look after my dad (he had a heart attack), but I got a checkup report from my friends of all my old schoolmates.

Very few "cool bitches" have succeeded at anything. Strung out druggies or single parents.

Sums it up nicely. Cool in todays age means "worthless".
