Has the dev team tried filing with ICANN regarding this? It's an obvious case of cybersquatting, and even if it's not found to be that, it can be ruled as a similar, un-used domain name with the purpose of resale... possibly.

if most people are interested enough to go to fortressforever.com I'm pretty sure they'll take a second and go on google and type in fortress forever to find it.

Obviously by looking at the forums people aren't having a hard time finding the website. Website hits and actual people playing are two different things. Thing is most people know of FF already they just aren't playing it for various different reasons.
