Need server logs for FF log parser (Blarghalyzer)
In order to complete this task (creating an FF blarghalyzer) I would need a typical log from each type of gameplay. This includes:
Attack Defend Capture the Flag Territorial Control Assassination In addition, these logs should contain normal gameplay elements like: Each class using each weapon Classes building any structures that they can Capturing flags, command points, controlling territories, assassinating end of the round beginning of the round etc Basically a log from each different map type from a pub or scrim would do. Send them to dbhoopa (at) yahoo.com Thank you |

Pretty sure FF doesn't log a lot of the main events such as capturing the flag (although I could be wrong). I already looked into this

Last I heard the FF logging system was limited. Can't remember if it was problems accessing the information, or whether stuff just wasn't actually logged. I think it was the latter.
Not read anything about changes for 2.1. :< |

Pretty sure there aren't any logging changes for 2.1. The issue is that it doesn't even log certain events like flag captures.
2.2 is a possibility, though. We haven't heard much yelling about it except from Dinosaur Gas (and he yells about everything ), so... yeah. Not really a priority over un-fucking the HW Guy, fixing bugs, etc. Do you guys want this stat-tracking stuff that badly?

It is great, yea. It is one of the simple things from tfc that is sorely missed...
Not to mention a MOTD... |
