He was assassinated by a crazed guy outside his apartment... he definitely did not deserve it. He was an icon of peace and a musical genius.

He died almost two years before I was born but I was still raised listening to all of the Beatles albums and solo work. Despite his crazed bitch, there's nothing bad I can say about the man. "Imagine" has to be one of my all time favorite songs, never ever... ever gets old. That song says so much and was said in a time when it was taboo to speak that way. People accepted it though, and millions of people around the world mourned when he was taken. Wasn't there like 3 suicides during his rememberance?

i liked the APC (A Perfect Circle) version better. Not many do.
