I was just on this shit yesterday, and now it says this. Hope the CRIA doesn't try to get an IP's and shit, I uploaded and downloaded like 50 gigs the last I checked =(.

yeah my ratio was at least as large as yours but I don't remember the actual number. Thank god my ISP is one where I read they don't like giving out their customers info.

I'm just bummed because demonoid was the best. I don't know of any other private tracker so now I'm just using The Pirate Bay. Between this and TVLinks going down it's a real bummer.

What happened to the pirate bay anyway? Seems half the torrents there now are fake. Its worse than torrentspy was in their worst days. I've been using mini nova lately.

IMO sites that don't use a ratio system are guaranteed shite. Dead torrents and most of the uploads are dodgy or look fishy.

Last I was told was stay away from The Pirate Bay, apparently they were going through legal shit too with the same company as Demonoid. And another one of them anti-piracy companies was attempting to get their hands on IPs and Host info.

ISO Hunt did the same thing TorrentSpy did. So far I think the only guys who aren't in hot water yet is mini nova. As far as I know TPB hasn't had any problems since they moved from (Sweden I think?) to a different place. They just have bad quality torrents now (fake, slow, dead, ect).

Demonoid was good because it just had EVERYTHING. I used it mostly for older stuff.

With Demonoid and OiNK down...
I'm lucky TL is still up and running. However, they are mostly just Zero-Hour.
Also MySpleen has been invite only for quite a while now... too bad no one cares about them

a) I don't have any invites, you need to have downloaded over 50gigs and have a ratio of a lot. While I have a good ratio I'm nto at the trafic amount yet
b) After OiNK went down, TL dissabled all invites (Thank goodness)

Most public torrent sites turn into honey pots. I was threatened with legal action after using the torrents on MiniNova.
