On non-friendly fire servers how do you feel about being boosted by unexpected rockets and explosions from your own teammates, intentional or not?

I don't mind at all as long as it gets me closer to the destination.

It happens. In any case, if you don't like it then just ask your teammates to watch their fire. If your teammates don't watch their fire, get new teammates.

I've had many times on shutdown2 where a friendly demoman will lay pipes on the enemies door and sometimes I'll walk out with the flag and he'll think I'm an enemy and det his pipes and sends me right at the ledge where you can just drop down and cap the flag.

those moments are few and far between though. explosions generally are just a minor annoyance. I do it on purpose on ff_well on the conc ramps so snipers will stop camping there blocking me and other concers.

Usually a friendly fire boost for me equals me pressing Y and typing a sentence that has swearing, rudeness and slander at the person who caused it. Then pressing enter.

Sometimes it's also an indirect way to kill someone. I had my pipes laid out and this scout+flag runs right over them. Sadly my lucky timing kicked in and I blasted him in the air, he busts his kneecaps on the floor and dies. I did apologize though.
