1298... and this exists why? You can just adjust how precise a mouse wheel scrolls with Windows (and with Addons in Firefox).

what you do is, plug in 2+ usb mice and use all 10 fingers

that or put a rubber stick on a drill and place the stick horizontally on the wheel and let it fly
