also lol "Walker: The Scout’s double jump is more versatile than the conc and we’re really happy with it. We wanted the Scouts combat to be about dodging." |

Obviously they have not pulled them all out since they clearly show the mirv in the preview video.

It's apparently a 2 part ordeal, with that being the second part.

And from the end of the second article (the one I posted) it looks like there will be another one tomorrow talking about their hands-on gameplay testing.

Also about 3 engineers together wasn't that good. That's BS. With a lot of the quotes, a couple already pointed in a couple of the previous responses, really makes you wonder who the hell they played the game with and for making the game don't know much about it. They obviously never played TFC with the community who kept the game alive, barely since they abandoned it in a rain gutter on the side of the street. They seem way to focused to catering towards the console gamers and other beginners rather then the long term players who have played the game since day 1 and those who still kept playing it. I have no problem with the newer look of the game, but in terms of game play i can't say I'm overly impressed thus far.
Nothing wrong with some new ideas and a Lil change with balance and new innovative stuff, but to change things up so drastically....may be a bit to much. especially if the solider is now pussified and you need to bring in a HW to kill a scout...that just sounds wrong... |

The way the article came off, it sounded like it removed the whole "learning curve" for skills that's i always loved about TFC, rather then just picking a class and being able to easily play it with ease. Smells like CS to me.... Dunno about the rest of you, but for me personally i enjoy the strong challenge in having to learn those skills rather then picking a class, and nothing to try and perfect at it..and being all noob friendly.....
I've played a number of online FPS over the years, and still TFC is the only one that's keeps me interested for that reason. I"ll bet you any money that if Robin or Charlie are the kinda peep you see in any pup or match style game that whine about getting killed and say everyone hacks :P lol. /rant |

Its definitely going to be pushing in a different direction than TFC and FF. It has earned a title appropriate of a sequel for me.
