Fortress Forever server hosting (rental)

Hi,
id like to host my own Fortress Forever server. Is going to be the first time i ever host a server and i have no idea where to start.
I search a bit and found a couple of hosts including game servers that is to my top list at the moment.
I dont want a dedicated server (very expensive)
You guys have any suggestions on a good host?

Most of the pub servers (and a few pickup servers) are hosted by NFo, Nuclear fallout hosting. In my experience, they seem to be a much better choice over gameservers and it's less than $20 a month for a 20 man public server.

TBH I've never heard of that site, so I'd go with NFO.
