this was brought up in the interview that was posted on the 5th, if valve released TFC:S at the same time FF did i was thinking? we wouldnt abandon our brothers of FF for a "VALVE" game that they have been delay for 5 years right?

we should like stop any valve TF source game play among the community!

I would pick VALVe's remake, sorry FF team, FF looks very good and all, But valve has more chances of staying true to the game without changing it much.

I will take FF , since its free , and im sure TFC:S will be availiable for silver/gold packages only (fuck valve).

If valve will keep the teleporters , no-one will play TFC:S.
Besides, we agreed that valve hates TFC , so dont expect them to release it soon....

VALVe's version of TFC:S would be like HL:S. Same graphics, same models; just HL2 explosions, ragdolls, and no gore...

Why don't you just stick wth tfc then? Anyone who has played TFC for years wants something new. If FF was exactly the same, it'd die in a few months.

as I've said before, TF2 looked more like Battlefield than TF anyway.

TFC:Source wouldn't stand a chance against Fortress Forever. Valve is great, but the FF team and community will kick their ass if they try to compete with us

Well unless they completely re-think of what they were planning for TF2 a good few years ago then you're speaking lunacy. Also the FF dev team is FULL of long time, old and new TFC/quake players etc I fail to see how VALVe would make TFC:S closer to the TFC gameplay.

I will play Fortress Forever.
I may play TFC:S/TF2 depending on what price and what the gamepay actually looks to be.

Then I will decide which I prefer.

Also, a poll on the Fortress-Forever forums is somewhat bias. ¬¬
