206.123.95.86:27015 Official FF 2.1 - Server 3 - Hosted by TFL
85.92.86.228:27016 Official FF 2.1 - Server 4 - UK - Hosted by AoWC,

and I'm looking for volunteers from the community to help administrate them. By administer we mean play on them and we will give you admin to help insure no grieving is going on.

REQUIREMENTS

No jackasses, dicks, assholes, or other unpleasantries / portions of anatomy.
Experience with SourceMod preferred.
Free time to spend on the server on a regular basis.

All applicants will be reviewed by ... well, me.

APPLICATIONS
Please include:

Your in-game name

Usual playing time / free time available
Any server administration experience

Any server administration experience: Administered several TFC servers for my old clan as well as some other servers, for a couple years. Administered and ran an hl2dm server for a year. Administer and run a couple private servers for TF2 and FF. One of several admins for www.f7lans.com TF2, Synergy, and HL2DM servers.

Experience not only in rcon and sourcemod but also backend server work, i.e., setting up and configuring metamod & sourcemod, etc.

I honestly can't commit specific times or amounts of time, I have a very hectic and dynamic schedule and will for a few months, but I thought I might as well put this up since I am pretty experienced admin.

Any server administration experience: I've been adminning my own community for over 3 years. Back in the good old days when counterstrike didn't had those respect-less players and adminmod was still the #1 mod

We had about 4 servers, going from de_dust maniac servers till huge custom map ones. At the moment I'm using those servers to host pickupservers for #ff.pickup

I'd also would like to reply to the request of managing the "85.92.86.228:27016 Official FF 2.1 - Server 4 - UK - Hosted by AoWC" server. I've gathered quite some experience with linux over the years of serverhosting and also have reasonable experience with metamod(:source) plugins like adminmox, amxmod, amxmodx.

Can you point me to the link/thread that said that? Or are you referring to help admin by playing on the server? If you get admin on 1 official server you have it on all. We are only keeping 1 admin list. So if you abuse the privilege on 1 you will loose it on all.

Usual Playing Time: When ever I'm not playing CoD4 with my clan; or working on my mod with my team. Pretty much, I can play whenever.
Experience: I have full experience in setting up Source servers from the hldsupdatetool.exe on up. Then installing/tweaking plugins as needed. My current server I installed SourceMod and Metamod:Source on.

I know how to use RCON, SM, and Mani commands. Anything else is a walk in the park as well.

Unless you want me to custom code something, then I'll just go back to my corner and cry.

I updated the first post, we added three servers originally it was only 1 server.
We have 4 servers and would like to see them full all the time this brings the need for game Admins so people don't get run off by douche bags.

We have 3 or four people with access to the server files any more would just not be good I think. So I hope this cleared up what we are looking for.

Usual play time : off and on, all day long on my breaks, and after work. (I am working on my own game right now, so I usually put in 8-12 hours.) I mainly play after work... which is around 4-8 PM HST.

Server Admin experience: Been a Unix user since 1979, since then I have done administration on MSDOS/PCDOS , Linux,Solaris, BSD, and windows servers. I know a griever, and a$$hole when i see one.
I have also made a couple of counterstrike maps using hammer ,so I am quite comfortable using the developers console. (I may do a FF map here very soon)

Well, anyway I thought I would volunteer , my timezone makes it so I am playing late at night, when most normal people on the mainland USA are asleep.
I get a pretty good ping rate on your servers, and try to play on them anytime they are populated.

Times available: I'm available pretty much all day on the weekends, but due to prior engagements am pretty much really busy during the week.
Prior experience: I currently admin on a TF2 server group that is one of the more popular servers, the TF2 Newbies Only Servers (Naming is ambiguous, official policy is newbies friendly, we got loads of competition level players there) #1-4 run by the HK Clan (Of whom I am a member of). I've also helped admin some CS:S, DOD:S, and Halo PC servers as well. I am familiar with beetlesmod, but can very rapidly learn the ins and outs of SourceMod which is similar. I am also very good at the console and RCON if that is needed of me as well.

I've played this game for quite a while now, its only recently I signed up for the forums however.
