I like the trim on the floors and in the third pic. Lighting looks decent too, although you might want to try some non-white lights or at least some non-white in some alcove-type-area-things like where the pipes are in the second pic.
I'm really curious as to how you're planning on handling the open space above the main structure for the eventual final version: will you be able to conc over it into the room behind (as shown in 8-9.jpg) or will it be clipped off? Also, first thing I thought of... don't judge me. |

haha I actually intended the front of the base to look like a scary face kind of like Domo.
Good thought about the lighting, I'll tweak it a bit. And the yard is a bit nub I'm really bad with displacements. |

Yeah, add some variation to the lighting. White (255 255 255) lights should be used sparingly, if at all.
