I had my arm ripped off in a skiing accident a few years ago... the recovery of having it re-attached and rehab to use it again is far more painful then the initial damage. Works like a charm though now, amazing what doctors can do.

I remember seeing a weight lifter blowing his asshole out a few years ago. A couple inches of lower intestines protruded..... talk about having to hurt like hell!
