I think the simple "infinity" logo (similar to what Nar made), but w/ more emphasis on the F, would also look great. I posted this in the other thread, but I think a subtle "glow" around the F would help:

that look pretty sick but the smooth colors are kinda eh but the rest is awsome maybe if you made teh grey metal looking and the orange more rocky lookin?

Though simple, they look really nice.
Can you make a combo? Like... take the grey "second one" and maybe add some of the yellowish from the first one? It would be brilliant

Almost everything has been used somewhere. If it's altered then it's completely legal. Otherwise Simpsons would have been sued out of business by family for a few episodes... that and every sitcome would have been sued by every other sitcom.

Also unless you profit from your design you can't be sued, since the primary company never lost money based on it. Even if it's exactly the same, unless that loose business based on the copy, they can't press charges.
