Yeah but you can't actually use those functions unless you are that class. It's semantics really, but I see your point.

Anyone can pull up the menu but engis and spys have spechal on the menu.
The point is that anyone can access the menu, by not everyone can access the Engi and Spy options. That any better? All you do is press shift (by defalt) in game play |

I think that pressing secondary fire as spy or engy should skip all the general options that everyone has and go stright to the important ones. Having to track the mouse all the way to the bottom of the first list to build anything could be sped up a decent amount each time by having right click only be building for the engy. You could still access the general options by having this bound to another key.

My biggest beef with the old-school Neo-TFC (I last played it in 2000) was you had to bind the "special" key, which was never very conveniently placed because all easily accessible keys are already bound.
