I.e., you'd get a bit of momentum, then fire while jumping forward, and would do more damage. All of the early super-HWs were gauged on their ability to do that (this was before tracers and conc-firing were a big thing), mainly Gup20, Destro, Iceman, Maj.GHOB, ][V][achine, PabloSanLucas, and M0neY.

The HWguy thing was probably the single worst aspect of it. I remember popping onto a mulch server years ago before I knew who Maj.GHOB was and going against him as a hwguy. It was impossible since he moved as fast as you could while also firing the AC. That on top of the increased damage that Wonka talked about meant you didn't last long at all.

I've forgotten my WonID. But it had 6 didgits.

oh those were the days, i remember defrag coming in the KoD server i think and amazing us all. then the_ROCK picked it up pretty fast and owned just about everyone in the game.

the key was actually given to me by the network admin at my high school (i graduated in 2000) and i crossed over to steam with the beta leak and got a low steam id too its 0:0:1793

i dont have documentation pre-steam of my won id. I know i did play during the first days of won. Steam is just a giant marketing tool. IE, you buy HL2 and HL1 but can only play one game at a time since they are both on the same account, even though you payed for both seperately, you cant use 2 pcs at the same time to play 2 differ games.

How exacltly can i get my old won id? My current steam loggin is still the beta test ID which is your email adress.

You can, me and my friend share an acc, he plays cs and i play tfc. When the map changes we have to retype the password but it works.
