Not like it matters; once the .bsp is release, they can either extract it or get it from the material directory (I wouldn't know what direction BG is going for). But yea, asking for permission is the right thing to do...(and their purpose for use)

I did a movie showing the waterfall in all its awesome texturedness. (8megs) Its not great quality but you can see the water effect.

As impressive as that beach shot is of the source engine with custom textures and stuff... I have a hard time being impressed by it, I guess im so adjusted to the quality seen in Farcry, and the upcoming Crysis just puts anything else to shame.
This post is in NO WAY directed to the map this thread is for, that one still looks hot as hell. |

Looks very impressive I like where this map is heading!
As always some constructive crit: Theres a strange 'seam' in the flowing water, not sure but it could be a join between two water brushes. If thats the case combining them into one single one should do the trick. The water fall needs to be a bit calmer its a bit fast at current. Good luck |
