Some examples of games that are considered "Fortress Games":
Quake Team Fortress
Team Fortress Classic
Fortress Forever
Team Fortress 2

Some examples of games that are not considered "Fortress Games":
Slaves to Armok II: Dwarf Fortress
B-17 Flying Fortress
Chō Jikū Yōsai Macross: Ai Oboete Imasu ka

What about XDFort, Wizard Wars and Weapons Factory? They are highly based on the Team Fortress gameplay. (XDFort doesn't even exist in a playable form yet and yes it is something i am doing and it involves anime)

If it's not a Team Fortress game it doesn't go in General. Highly based =/= TF game.
