FF options, or video settings?

Is it possible, that for some reason my rig only shows me some skins I have downloaded and used to show, and some to not show?

Like, maybe some setting in my video options? I am running a 2.4 ghz intel celeron 776 mb ddr sdram , nvidia mx 400.

I have everything on low, or off. In FF options and in video options. I have my card set to performance, in the nvidia control center on my pc.

I recently enabled draw 3d sky, so I can haz fun w/giant pyros in the sky on open, could it be an issue like that?

I am able to get some skins to work, and others wont work.I have tried skins from here, as well from several different modders on this site.Its not just one modder or another. I dont understand why some work though.

Some dont. Same exact place they are all extracted to. Just dont get it.

I dont have any problems with this game and my rig, other than this. Just with some skins.I thought thats why I would put it here.

Im high and drunk, and maybe this is in the wrong spot.
