Currently, I seriously hope FF isn't released soon unless things change! There really needs to be some media hype first, else ... ergh.

Long story short: lack of media is bad for everyone.

Circuitous/Paft, I thought a pre-2007 release was the current objective, or have things changed in the last couple of weeks?

Even if we don't see a release before 2007, I think we can pretty safely assume that there would at least be an update.

I mean, why would they hold out on us forever, repeating "when its done" like clockwork for 2 years, then come out and say they're releasing this month, and then not release it? I mean, that would be suicidal...

The anticipation is just not there anymore when I click on the link to the FF website. I think because unlike before, I know that there will be nothing new there when it loads.

I don't even check the main page anymore. I only have the forums bookmarked for conversational value. Like you said, there is no anticipation of updates anymore, knowing there won't be any.
