Water in Source for ejgs_hunted - EVERYONE READ
Ok Ok, so i have a problem. I can make moving water for my map, but it looks hideous. Either it makes crazy effects, or is just plain ugly. Now personally i like the nice expensive water for my sewers, it makes them look purty. Now my question to the public is should i
A) Dont worry about fugly water and just make sure the sewers flood B) Make sure the water looks nice with good reflections and forget about floodable sewers I dont know what to do. I really dont want to give up on the floodable sewer idea, but its looking like im going to have to. Right now im at a phase where a room can become a water control room, or a cool looking waterfall room. What does everyone think? |

While I think gameplay is paramount, I am sure that crappy-looking flooding would ruin it for people, so I recommend no flooding. There are other ways you can attempt to smother people in the sewers: Gas, electric wires falling in the water, Oil/Gas fires, etc..
Good luck |
