Played it, had a blast! Unfortunately, I couldn't try to reach the Sniping Roof (forgot that you can HH grenade as Sniper in FF without dying in the proccess, and a throw grenade jump didn't cut it...) so if it's open or not, it's still a mistery to me... D=
Something that bugs me, it seems you can actually shoot through the gates (even as Sniper, there's a line of holes in the gates that look like you can shot through them). Anyways, it's not a big issue and probably less exploitable than nades over gates. |

I'm talking about the last D spawn. Just as you spawn, there's a building at the left side, which you could nade jump on the roof in TFC. I didn't get up there in the FF version, so it may not need "fixing". I don't know if this one is the one Iggy is talking about though =o

Ok this shit is just retarded imo, why put a map imperfection back into this map? and on top of that its a spot in the spawn room of D , let's just bring back O team raping spawn like in tfc b/c ppl snipe put a sg there?

I'm doing the official version, and I'm not going to put in bugs/features just because they were in TFC. If there are opportunities like this that make the map more fun i'll do it. I'll also style it so that it's obvious you can get up there. i.e. all tile roofs will be off-limits; all playable surfaces will look like floors.
Thanks for the screens, iggy. I had no idea where that spot was. i installed TFC to look around and boy, has it aged. |

No problem. I'm not the only person who liked being able to get up there, and there IS a way to avoid that area(have a demo open the back of the church, DUH).... but it's kinda like the rafters on Crossover2(TFC) outside of main respawn, and the lights near the flag chamber of Badlands(TFC).... and the pipes above the basement resupply on 2fort(TFC).... and countless other places in hundreds of TFC maps....... little spots to discover, that you can take advantage of. Maybe they were planned, maybe they weren't. That doesn't subtract from the fun of using those places, and having people yell, "HEY!!! What's up with that?!"

As Iggy said (more or less lulz), it just makes the Offense think "Wtf is he doin THERE?!" once or twice, then they just kill you =o |
