So uh... are the mappers going to fix the "ammo bag" problem on Epicenter? You can't even get health or armor from any of the ammo bags.

This is a very ez fix that you can even do however if the server doesn't do the fix, then it wont matter if you have or not. Hopefully, they will get to it in 1.11

i still think the cap points need to be pushed back into the garages so its not so simple to conc right onto it.

Yeah, I remember one of the first things I said was to make the garages in the back buildings you could go into and put the cap points in there. Make epicenter less of a cap fest...
