Help me with new computer!

Ok here I go again:

Going to buy a new computer (in parts), and would need help with what to buy. Since I've already got Harddrives (somewhat old) and a new monitor +windows xp, I don't need any of that.

My budget is maxed out at around 490-500 euros. I have no clue at how much comp's cost these days so if less is needed, that would be nice too. But then again, rather get decent shit than just... shit

I'm thinking maybe 2 cores would be enough since FF can't use a quad anyways.
