(Released) surf_meh and surf_meh_ez

Small surf, nothing too fancy. There are 2 versions. surf_meh is the harder, with teleporters so you have to find the right path. surf_meh_ez I removed the teleporters to be more noob friendly.

*1 small flaw is you get stopped on the ramps sometimes, shouldn't happen in my next surf.

Higher FPS = more stopping on ramps. Not sure what causes this, but the best FPS to have while surfing is between 100 and 133. Just FYI. Now who wants to get smashed by my awesome surfing skillz?
