Server crash with error..........

Hello, my server crashes only when crazygolf is played, not always but twice I know of with this error.

Recipient Filter for message type 23 (reliable: yes, init: no)

You have to close a pop up before the server auto restarts, anyone know why this is happening and/or a fix.

Edit: Also SM mod - /admin - burn player causes a server crash too, beacon and timebob ok, not sure on rest, but server auto restarts fine on that.

Lua is broken on a few maps, bleepbloop, conc_rave, Heavy machineary, some trimp map, all worked ok pre steam.
