Ping difference?

What is the difference between the Scoreboard ping and the net_graph ping and why are they always different from one another?

Except source's netgraph ping responds to changes in rate and updaterate. IIRC this didn't happen in goldsrc? cba to check m8s.

I'm telling you issa secret.
