func_precipitation leaking

I have a func_precipitation brush on top of a building , with the brush really far from touching the building but still rains inside.

This is test map i did to show whats my problem



I have no idea how to fix it, spent like 2 hours googling it and nothing, if someone could help plz :3

still not figured how to fix it, but I removed the rain on top of the map so its ok now :3 .

didnt really read it, but its step by step, maybe help you catch something you may have missed

edit: after further skimming

"...They will now become boxes in which the precipitation will fall. It’s important to note that the precipitation will not fall FROM the boxes, it will fall IN the boxes. Select which kind of precipitation you want under the “Precipitation Type” box."
