Ok, the point of this thread, is to pass on some tidbit of wisdom you have heard/learned at some point in your life. If you know the source of the wisdom, give credit.... if not, put it as "unknown". I'll start:

True. I had a discussion like this in my spanish class. Someone said something like they were worried about me bringing in weapons into the school, but in a much less polite way. (Something like, "I'm scared yo cracka ass is gonna shoot this place tha fuck up.)

Now, my Spanish teacher was a cool dude and he knew I wasn't the kind of guy to do that. So... I said, "I already have weapons here." I assured them that I didn't have guns or knifes.

So they said "Wha...?" basically. I took my pen and held it with the point down, my thumb on the back of it. (Kind of like holding a joystick.) I put my backpack on my desk and I stabbed the pen through it really hard. That got the point across.

I also added "Not to mention how much it would hurt if I smacked you across the face with my Trigonemtry book..."

Hey, I was smart enough to take the class. I failed on account of I cut 95% of the time. I really didn't care about school at that point in my life.
