Hey, at least you actually finish your maps =D
And you know people likes to help here. On that note, you may have the same problem as Gigabite with the textures, since Ksour has also the same theme as Casbah... Good luck! |

Well, Ksour honestly wouldn't have been my first choice (it's not that I dislike Ksour I guess, I just think there are better maps), but more AvD maps is always a good thing
Still, looking forward to this one, ty Mushy for having a go at it.

I would like some better mappers to take a look at it and make aesthetic changes and minor optimization changes when im almost done it. I think that technique will help get the map better reviews.
I cant stand doing minutia like putting in detail when i know barely anybody will look at it. So, ill probably be releasing a very simple version. (much like tfc) Id never go into the detail i see on some remakes. So, if anybody feels like, in beta phases, they see a lot of detail thats not being done, i would love if they would do it. I have a pretty good understanding on how to optimize, and i have release good fps maps. But it seems that i dont do it in the best methods possible, so a second opinion on optimization would be helpful. (after i do my best to optimize it) |

The bsp has been finished for some time now. We playtested it on the beta servers and it plays like good old ksour. Im not going to release it yet because it doesnt look good. Im waiting to find somebody to do aesthetic touchups.

What does this mean? Is it made up of dev textures and has no lightning? That's the worst I can think of.
If so, it's still playable ;D |
