Mkay...now that I'm back I can finally release this map and start working on the next one! Um...it's been forever since I even looked at it, but from running back thru this thread, I think the only issues left to fix are:
  • welcome_slate says "coresponds with the jump..." should be spelled corresponds
  • points_of_interest flythrough is not working (need to add a new path_mapguide entity and tie it to "1" and tie "15" back to it)
  • on some of the jumps (5 at least), you can get stuck in a loop of falling in the water if you miss the jump.
  • other than the locations, the specific maps do not have anything saying what jump they are. (will add some signs like in the tele room to fix this).

Is there anything else anyone has noticed is missing or messed up?

Ok no issues, only thing I notice when you graduated, the desks were not aligned. I play on a non dedicated server, so that could be it....

nah that's something about the props not being aligned properly. I considered changing it, but decided against it cause the chalkboard says something about cleaning up the mess and I kinda like the way it ends up looking...ty geo for running through for me Geo!

Still need feedback? I have nothing to say about beta2 so probably even less about beta3. But if you want I can add it to Euroskillz and filter out peoples comments and get you the most useful ones.

I can't see the loading screen.
Also, I get this on all jumps at the tele floors:



And if you could change the folder structure in the zip file.
I think it's better with:
maps/conc_school.bsp
maps/conc_school.res
maps/conc_school.txt
maps/conc_school.lua
maps/conc_school.wmf
maps/conc_school_README
materials/vgui/loadingscreens/conc_school.vtf
materials/vgui/loadingscreens/conc_school.vmt
materials/maps/conc_school/interest.vtf
materials/maps/conc_school/interest.vmt
materials/maps/conc_school/overview.vtf
materials/maps/conc_school/overview.vtm

You put the interest and overview in materials/vgui/maps/ now. I think thats the wrong place. Hm, or?

Nvm, works with your materials/vgui/maps/ folder.

wait I'm confused...is that currently happening or did you figure it out?

also what do you mean by changing the structure? It's like that isn't it...
maps stuff is in conc_school/maps
the loadingscreen is in conc_school/material/vgui/loadingscreens
and the interest and overview images are in conc_school/material/vgui/maps/conc_school

but it does look like your missing the water textures (which shouldn't be since they aren't custom and should be included in ff)

and the loadingscreen...idk why your not getting that. It's included and should be showing up.

I have had some issues with my pc so I may need a fresh install.

I see, you have wrong file info in the vmt files for the overview and interest files.

"$basetexture" "vgui/maps/conc_school_b3/interest"
"$basetexture" "vgui/maps/conc_school_b3/overview"

The reason i didnt see it is because I never downloaded _b3. Have been running _b2.
