fragment out of order help

My game keeps crashing because of "fragment out of order 89/1, or 90/1" in the console. The game will lock up and crash to desktop. I was wondering if there is anyway I can fix this? and does anyone else get this? I think this also happens to me in CSS.

This is a network problem.

First, make sure you have the proper ports enabled for the game.
You can find them here:

Second, go to the Steam panel the click on change user to log you out.

Third, Turn your router off for about a minute and then back on.

Lastly, after your router has initialized, log back into Steam and see if it now works.

(Make sure your router isn't behind a firewall)
