Help Downloading/Installing?

Ok, so I downloaded FortressForever_2.4_Full about an hour ago, and after it was done downlaoding I looked at the icon it has on you computer, and it had a shield with multiple colors, I clicked it and it paused. After about 15 seconds the install wizard came up, and I did all of what it said, all the defaults and things. And then it was done downloading. I was reaqdy to play. I looked at the icon and the shield was still there. Then a message poped up saying it migh not have installed right. So i renstalled it, but nothing changed. Can anyone help me with this?

Do you have Source SDK Base (installed)?

sounds like your clicking to open the install again and not the shortcut..

Just to check the obvious...

You do have steam installed?
You do have SDK base installed in steam... (you require a source game such as half life 2 I believe)

I made this image for someone else but it might atleast prove useful

If you do have the SDK Base then go to "My Games" near the tools tab at the top.. Fortress Forever should be listed in there.
