mobile companies...
ok, so i just had a really shitty o2 call centre rep fob me off today when i tried to make an insurance claim. is there ANY network providers out there who treat their customers with a shred of dignity and respect? i dont mind paying over the odds for it. does it make a difference if i'm a business customer?

I'm in the US, but they are all generally bad.
The mobile companies want one thing: YOUR MONEY. They don't care about anything else. In the US it's worse. We have to pay for INCOMING calls. And if you don't have a texting plan, they charge you up the ASS. |
