I did copy the whole link einstein, it did NOT work

When I copied it, it had 3 ... in it

What I meant was those ...'s were put in by the forum trying to automatically format it cleverly but getting it wrong, so you needed to paste the entire url into your browser not just the edited text it was showing you (hover over the link with the ... in it, or right click on it and copy link). Anyway, it's fixed now as I said before, so give it a go and see if you like it.

Really? Most rational people predicted it surprisingly accurately. It was released too close to TF2, too many features attracted the dead/dying TFC community while repelling newer players, and too many servers are full of elitist twats who kick/ban you for shooting some guy in the middle of the map, as if that's supposed to be against the rules.

Interestingly, I haven't found this to be the case at all, and I've played quite a bit since launch. In fact, it seems like most of the top TFC players have decided that FF is inferior to TFC and to stay there, or that they are ready for a different game entirely and gone to TF2. For proof of that just read the catacombs. The minority of people who play FF seem to either be less hardcore TFC players who were never part of the top clan scene (I fit here), or players completely new to fortress. And even on "league" style servers, pot-shots and yard DM abound, and are surprisingly tolerated. If anything is causing the game to be underplayed, it's lack of exposure, bugs, and poor map variety. Agree with you on releasing too close to TF2, though.

And ignore bokko he is just dead set on flaming anyone who finds a problem with FF (suprised less and less people are playing now?). The FF community has some great people in it but there are some (like bokko) who feel as if they were born to defend FF with their dieing breath. That pushes people away.
