Fortress Forever 1.1 is out!

The 1.1 patch is out!

(Edited in note: be sure to back up any configs you have as they'll get overwritten it seems!)

We recommend downloading it through CrosuS - if you have CrosuS then click here!. Don't have CrosuS? Click here!

*** NOTE *** If you update a present FF installation using CrosuS, BACKUP your <class>.cfg files. They do get overwritten with blanks.

Otherwise there is a full 597 MB version or an 87 MB version to take you from 1.0 to 1.1:

Incremental (1.0 to 1.1):

Full:

Mirrors will be added as they become available.

So waterpolo made it into the update? Haha, that's cool. I guess now we have to update both hunted and waterpolo for the next patch. Which is actually good...forcing the visuals update of waterpolo instead of just letting it sit in the corner like some kind of goon.

When I run Crosus to download the patch, it just sits at "Scanning" any reason why?

It might take a few moments - it's comparing what's on your disk with the files online.

It got as far as downloading for me. Before crashing seconds later, of course.

It appears to have just kicked in again and downloading faster than the Torrent at least.

Yea it took me a few minutes to tame this odd update program before it started working. The odd thing was somehow steam launched and started downloading unspecified files too. Its updating now and steam isn't up. At first I thought "Awesome it forces steam to download content" but it doesn't. Oh well still pretty awesome.
