I can usually pull 40-50 reps with a full box of twinkies. But after that I have to eat them all to reenergizate myself.

Well, you see, Mr awperator, everyone who responded has a different opinion about how one should feel about being skinny. But there is a big consensus here:

You Are Skinny.

So if you don't feel good about being skinny, or you need to look bigger for a particular reason, heed my advice. Put on at least 15 lbs of body weight ASAP. You might want to put more attention on upper back. Upper back muscles grows faster, and believe it or not, they assists the bottom part of bench pressing motion.

I'm 6'4" 200. I used to be 260. I bench over 230, and squat i dont even know. When I was a fatso i hauled this weight around and I was in decent shape... when it came time to lose the weight all the fat melted away and the muscle that was there from hauling my fat ass around stuck around and i got a decent physique for half the work
