Anyway, I think I made an analogy with alligators and how people talk about politics? I don't remember the specifics but the way I've noticed people speaking is sort of like this:

I don't understand it.

By this thinking I just thought of some other people that uBeR, Etzell, and Obama's wife think are a threat to national security and weaken the military: People who don't speak english, cause they can't communicate to other soldiers. The deaf, because they can't hear. The blind because they can't see.

Obama personally is apparently going to take vending machines out of schools. Yeah, you're right, if we had a nation full of blind people, our national security would be threatened. Yeah, if no one in the country spoke the same language, we'd have a problem. Likewise, if everyone in the country couldn't hear, we would also have pretty weak national security. That's obviously not thinking realistic though (but 2 points for creativity, Scuzzy). Similarly, if we had a nation full of obese people, that'd be a problem. That's not the case either, but it's quickly becoming a reality (hence the First Lady's concern). Again, very simple arithmetic.

The first lady is concerned about obese children. How does a government prevent parents from letting their children reach obesity. Control the food supply? Take vending machines out of schools? Provide healthier lunches? Go back to a right wing policy and make the little fuckers sweat it out in gym class?

So what you're saying is, since you're not willing to serve in the military yourself uBeR, you're a threat to national security, just like fat kids. Your argument: It doesn't really matter what makes someone not eligible or participate in military service, if we all didn't, we'd have a weaker national security, and therefor a threat.
