See the problem with those is that they're latex. The outside of your hand may be moisture free thus providing and increased advantage over the average gamers hand which usually includes such unsavory things as, Potato Chip grease, nose excrement, and ear wax to name a few but the inside of your hand still sweats profusely and depending how tight fitting the gloves are, your hand could move quite a bit inside them. It's been scientifically proven that any hand slipping greater than 1mm (in any direction) on your keyboard could quite easily be a contributing factor in making you miss those crucial and Game deciding hits.

I think to really take advantage of the benefits of gloves, you need something absorbant on the inside but still rough and abrasive on the outside.

The answer is Ragg-Wool. Ragg wool gloves not only provide an excellent absorbant interior to soak up all that sweat and body moisture, but they also have the benefit of remaining dry on the outside and giving you that extra little grip that's so necessary in todays Team Fortress games.

Its nice to know someone else uses the delicious mechanix gloves, best ones to grip small bolts/nuts with. I also bought the pair with the lights built in so I can blind my enemies when I snipe on Dropdown.

Oh yeah, fuckin' fabulous gloves.

I've got a pair of Originals (slowly wearing away on the thumb from nigh-constant use), fast fits (don't use them often - great hold on the fingers but they keep sliding up on my wrist), and I had a set of M-Pact (stolen) and M-Pact 2 (given to a friend when he got a new job making cabinets).

Prolly gonna get a new pair this weekend actually.

I'm about to give the .5 Originals a shot, see if it can't pick up the waters that hold down the Apu panel in an Apache, things are always a pain in the ass.

What do you guys think of these, they are both top of the line receiver gloves for football, but the give you the same benefit as far as mouse grip and perspiration.

Wow lol, this is a huge misunderstanding. Sarcasm aside, I truthfully do wear gloves when playing on the computer. I said something like "one sec, lemme find my gloves" in irc, and i think thats what confused skillet. The gloves i use are very thin mittens, and they are used because its winter and my hands are fucken cold. Lol simple as that.

Indeed, you cannot have cold hands when playing games!

More injury-prone for starters, and you will not be able to reach those binds as quick as you could with warm, flexible hands.

People, wear glubs when necessary!

I have shit circulation, so gloves don't actually help with that most of the time. No warmth to trap.

Is it alright if I use one of these too? It also improves my performance by 0.00000000001%

So you would recommend blood thinners? Doctor perscribed ones, and particular brand? Maybe my doc can hook me up as long as UGC isn't drug tested this season.

Yes, that is a very nice keyboard, quit expensive though, maybe out of the reach for most FFer's.
