For the moment, here's all I can tell you (as I know very little about servers):
Limit your tickrate; 33 is preferable for the moment. If you really feel the urge to go higher, please do not go higher than 66. We initially thought the tickrate was clamped to values of 66 and lower, but it seems this is not the case.

Running a server with a high tickrate does strange-things(tm) (such as turning elevators into indiscriminating murderers), so I would definitely advise against it, no matter how strong the temptation or whatever your usual settings are. We'll be working on resolving this issue in future.
