How do we convict myg0t tag users?

Greetings all,

It seems my server had a sniper with special powers, seeing he had the myg0t tag infront of his name.

How do we handle these people?
After a bit of chatting with the person on steamfriends it seems it was just a sick joke. How does the community think about this? Do we (asin myself being an old TFC / cs1.6 player and server hoster) still convict them and use the banhammer on sight?
